Can you find the spells from ToB in SoA if you have both installed?

Only if you are a Sorcerer or do Watcher's Keep.

Or if you have other game mods installed. Tactics springs to mind :D

Could they appear as random loot? IIRC, somebody reported finding Wish in Chateau Irenicus.

Seems like a bug to me. Can't imagine finding a spell like that in Chateau Irenicus.. *imagines being able to summon a Planetar in the particular dungeon* :D

I dud once find the ADHW in Chataeu Irenicus, actually, off a goblin :rolleyes:

I *think* theoretically its possible to find any scroll on a goblin .. but the chances are just extremely small. Though the developers might have excluded certain scrolls from random loot .. I dunno

What about other monsters (in SoA)?

Anything that gives random loot can occasionaly give something exceptional. Ive never heard of a level 9 scroll though.

<font color=white> The cowled wizards make up for some real good high level scrolls (ADHW, Imp. Mantle, Spell Trap), if you have tactics installed; the high level bandits you encounter also pack some nice scrolls IIRC (ToB included).

About the high level scrolls in Chateau Irenicus, I personally found Simulacrum (level 8 spell) there, imagine a goblin with such a scroll... probaly the assistant of Irenicus [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] </font>
