So I head into watcher's keep looking to lay the smack down on some nasties and get some goodies in the process and am quite successful at it until

I kill Saladrex the red dragon on one of the lower levels- I got the loot (jewels, staff of the ram, etc.), but no red dragon scales- what's up with that? Does this dragon have some sort of skin condition preventing me from harvesting the scales to get my cool armour? I am not impressed!

He has no scales to loot.

The red dragon in Windspear is the only one with red scales.

Speaking of Saladrex how did you kill him??

my tanks kept him occupied as i got aerie to cast like 4 lower resistances followed by a bunch of magic missles and other fun stuff... i could have used finger of death after his magic resistance was down, but that is not nearly as fun as pounding him into submission with the dragon's bane halberd and a few well placed insect swarms [img]smile.gif[/img]
