In PS:T I once hit level 70-odd. And yes, it was no fun being that powerful.

In ToB, I never go over the cap, but even with the cap removers no-one can go over level 40 or 50, depending on the remover in question.

cool. Can u not get removers that go over lvl 50? Because if u soloed through bg1, TotSC, bg2 and TOB u could surely get higher than lvl 50 if u had xp cap remover on both games.

Yes but there would be no fun in it! The XP CAP remover is up to level 50...even after godly level let`s say 35+ the game stops being fun.
And i didn`t start talking about Sorcerers yet :D

It doesn't matter what lvl you are after completing BG1 and TotSC, you are set back down when you import into BG2. For that matter, attaining lvl 50 with the cap remover is very posible - just keep a small party(1-3 persons). I remember reading of a lvl 45ish paladin who played the bhall sons daughters party.

yeh but ur xp shouldnt be set back down in the new patch should it?

Errr... how on earth did you get that high? i don't think i ever got beyond 12 or so... but that was a long time ago.

Solo play, of course. Hell, in solo the bronze sphere gives more XP than level 12. You can only use that right at the end of the game in case your wondering.

*puzzled*
What exactly are you talking about. i take it this is not about ToB or the BG series. Are you talking about pen and paper (lvl 70 sure would be high there) or about another PC game?

I was refering to the post above me, which was asking me about how I obtained level 70 in PS:T, which I mentioned as it was the highest level I have ever obtained and so was pseudo relevant to the original question.
