During the ending cinematic a collection of faces are shown. Imoen, Jaheira, Minsc, Sarevok, Bodhi, Yoshimo, Gorion and a woman under a hood with shaded eyes.

Who is that woman? She's the only character I don't recognize.

Viconia maybe? I don't quite recall but she was also there since BG1.

I don't think its Viconia. All the other portraits very closely resemble either their profiles seen on the side of the screen during play or the portraits seen during the baldur's gate 2 intro scene.

Oh I've already beaten it twice. I just don't know who that girl in the cinematic is.

Well Alianna was your "mother" IIRC. But i doubt that she is that hooded person.

Is the ending cin. different if you beat it with NPCs ?

No its the same cinematic for all 3 endings but the narration is very different.
