I Just dualed Saevorak(sp?)over to a theif, and put a point in daggers and one in 2 wep fighting. Then a couple level laters I cant put any more points in daggers or 2 wep fighting. Someone please explain why, I have Multiclass grandmastery installed so shouldnt I be able to put at least 2 stars in dagger?

No. You can only do it when the first class takes over again.
