No, sorry. The first one is just a generic male portrait for PCs to use (if they don't like the Halfling, the Elf, the Dwarf, or the guy in Plate), and for the NPCs to use as a backup if the PC selects their portrait to use. There are certain similarities, yes, but hardly think there's only one big, muscular, bald Human in the world who's likely to wear a little beard and a symbol of Bhaal.
