I heard Kaigan has regeneration naturally could anyone tell me where he is?

Kaigan is located in Beregost, I think in the Building above the Feldepost's Inn. He has a little shop there.

And yes, he does regenerate due to his high constitution (20 I think)

His name is Kagain - and he is very useful

No matter how injured he is - if you travel to a new area, he will arrive with max. HP (well nearly always)

But he will always leave your party after you complete his quest.

Huh? That never happened to me, I finished various games of BG1 with him.

Oh, really? I'm not sure about this, I only read it somewhere. I thought that once you went to the caravan and checked out the surrounding area he left your party for good.

All you have to do is go 1 zone nor of ber "before" he wants to leave. When you do he will state that his quest is hopeless and gives up on it and will stay with your party

OMG i love kaigain so MUCH! everytime we move from one zone to another, (takes like 8 hours or whatnot) he zones into the next zone at FULL HEALTH!! I was in danger of losing him- i was trying to go to this one zone and he would leave, so i started the autosave and took him to one-zone-north of Ber and he decided to stay with me. WHEW.
He has 47 hp! at like level 5! he gets at least 15 Hp per level!! a must-have
