Where in Kuldahar can I buy magical swords, arrows, etc? If they aren't in Kuldahar how am I supposed to get past wights and other critters that can't be killed by anthing but magical stuff???

Conlan's smithy is in the upper right quandrant of Kuldahar, just west of the ship. It's not that hard to find.
