Have just discovered that when an item is "shaken" from the Jesters Bag an item from the the character's inventory disappears! Does this happen every time or is it random?

This should not happen it sounds like a bug. Was your inventory full at the time you used it? I believe if this is the case it should do nothing.

Definately make sure that you've got open inventory slots on the character that you're using the bag on. That would be my guess as to what happened with you, but only a guess as that's not supposed to happen.

I've never lost anything using the bag. Got more darts than I know what to do with (especially when I don't have anyone that uses darts!) But never lost anything.

That bag is a Godsend for my Archer because it is the main source of enchanted arrows for him. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I got a dead cat last night.
don't suppose I will have any use for it but I couldn't figure out how to bury the poor little guy so I stuck him in a drawer at the inn.

Oh! the stink coming from that room when it thaws.

There have always been empty slots. Noticed odd things missing every now and again, nothing major, thought perhaps I'd used them or transferred to another character but yesterday a cheap silver ring arrived and a potion of fire resistance disappeared, no doubt about it. Thanks for all the input.

If you lose items from the inventory of a character using the Jester's bag, then how about transferring the inventory to the other characters or a convenient drawer or chest. Then reclaim the items after the bag has produced it's item. By the way, where do you find the Jester's bag?
