I'm really stuck in Dragon's eye. I cant find the alchemist who's supposed to fix the lever in the room next to the lab. When does the alchemist appear?

Were you able to find the modified mandrake root? The alchemist won't appear until you have that.

After you find the modified mandrake root, you must return to Nheero and ask him what to do next. After that, the alchemist appears.
