I'm killing all the Umber Hulks for the things in the River Caves. I've killed all of them because none of them are jumping outta the walls at me. I've been around the map 5 times. Am I missing a place? PLZ help.

This is a known bug in the original release. For some reason, the splitting slimes on the lower level screw up the quest flag. You never get the reward (and it's only the first cave with the Hook Horrors you have to clean out).

I believe the most recent patch fixes this, although I don't know if it will do that since you've cleaned everything up already.

If you don't want to install the patch, you can set the flag yourself through the cheat console. Let me know if you want directions.

Thank you SO much! I was about to beat my computer up. I think I will download the patch so I don't have to hurt my computer later on in the game if something else pops up. Thanks again.
