in the beginning of the game, if you go into the gallaway trade depot. they have a weapon that has the name of your party leader. is there some kind of side-quest for this weapon?

Also i noticed that within one of my files gallaway sold a dagger and then in another one of my files she was selling a longsword

Nope. Just an interesting sword. Although in HOF, it's QUITE a lot more powerful.

I just bought the game 2 days ago and i have no idea where the hell this Gallaway depo iss...
is it the place where you get the potion from...?

The trading depot is upstairs from the docks. If you make a right after getting up there, and follow along the edge of the cliff, you'll find it.
