Alright...here I am...with my all dwarven party...in Dragon's Eye. We foudn this whicked sword that gives 20+ the Knowledge (arcanal) and some dude named Nheeto or somesh*t like that said it was his friends...now i have looked all over for his friend, i even found his corpse (and it took me about an hour to open that f*ing chest next to him...) but what am i supposed to do...and why the f* is nathaniel in Dragon's Eye? He's gonna get whooped, i'm tellin ya...

That's not the real nataniel, you can kill him.

As for the alchemist's friend, when you bring the sword to his body, he should appear as a ghost and show you something.

He will also tell you a certain item in which you need to brew a certain potion. Either someone in your party will have to have an alchemy skill above 11 or pester the guy to do it for you.

You can properly expose him by going back to Kuldahar, after you've completely finished the other quests in the third level of Dragon's Eye IIRC; Nathaniel and some of the other people still left in the village will be standing close to the entrance. Just ask him about it.
