Have you thought about making some X-Men characters in your party, i've just created Nightcrawler, a tiefflin Rogue, with powerful spells of invisibility, and i found back that teleport spell 'va et vient de Lutzaen' (in french) so he can teleport himself !! i'm quite proud of it. Which one would you make ??

I would have to say Storm, making her a Aasimar (Xmen are mutated Humans) Priest of Talos.
There is IMHO really not much point to this as Xmen plays in a world completely different from the Forgotten Realms (the real world with some additions) filled with different people and "magic". So it would be difficult to create the Professor as there are not much wheelchairs around or to craft somebody similar to Rogue or Cyclops. I could imagine a Shapeshifter Mystique though.
