<font face="Verdana" size="3" color="#00FF00">I found they there is a few bugs that occur were a post may not show up in the list of posts right away, or the text of a post does not appear until someone else has posted but yourid is there. Happens to me quite frequently. If you hit the back button after a post like this you may be able to find your post again.
I don't think the moderators are deleting your post.</font>
