What's the best build you can think of for a great tank who can both deal damage and soak it up?

I like the one I'm using currently.

Long term, it should be something like:

Deep gnome monk1/rogue1/baniteX/WizardX

I currently only have monk1/banite2/wizard2, and already have a 32 armor class [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I had to drop strength to seven for the desired defensive and spellcasting stats, but this guy can counterbalance that using weapon finesse or by casting spells in the melee.
