Hmm, this is odd, and has never happened to me before. On my dell Inspiron XPS Gen 2, everything works fine, except that typing the name of the character in the character creation screen doesn't work, or works damn, slowly, with some letters not appearing at all. I have the latest patch, as well as the EoU mod.

~Edit: Also happens when I try to save a game, it won't write down the letters I've typed.

heh i like that, i tend to pay some more attention to some characters only beacause i like their names!!! lol

I don't recall seeing this before, and so have no real idea, but; have you checked your video settings, etc? Could be something in that that is lagging it up.
