I have both keys i am at the door in the lava tunnel. I used both keys and door did not open ??

Have you touched the Portal of Isis??

This door will not open until you touch the portal. The keys actually remove barriers behind the door, not open it.

OK, I am in the same situation. if i touch the isis portal I wind up having to kill the
good angle. and the entrance to this room is
filled with inpassable fire, what am I missing?

simple you DON'T kill kera. you fight till she says she is thirsty then you give her one of the holy water ( one of the empty flasks used on the holy water pool near the start of cets pyramid). using the holy water on kera will heal her from cets curse
