I went thru skull castle and gave the relic to the old guy. He was killed and I received his staff of power or whatever. But.. there were 2 rooms I couldn't get into. One was in the library which I figure I need a higher lockpick kit and the other was a door with a stone face something or other next to it. It sounds like one of the vampires is behind it. I've killed all the other vampires. Any ideas as to what I need to get in this room?

The room with the stone face you can open by using the lich's staff on the lock that looks like a stone face.

The door in the library only opens from the other side - you can reach the other side by continuing on through the room where you met the lich.
