I'm looking for the last evil element. I can't get into the vault. Please help with order of yanks. Thanks.

I don't think there's a specific order - one of the yanks (facing vault, on rear of left front pillar) actually opens the door when the others are all down, and you just keep pulling the others until they all stay down.

The best method, I think? Start at the locked gate & work your way out, you'll quickly find one that won't stay down on its own -- remember that one, it's the last one to pull. Work on the rest of them, until they're all down, then pull that one that never would stay down: it will open the gate.
