I have recently run into two problems and they are starting to get on my nerves... Any help would be appreciated. Here are the problems;
1)I got the "Staff of Haggery" from the Boogre queen, but it is cursed. I uncurse it, and then equip it, and it is cursed again!? Is there any way to get rid of the curse? What does curse actually do, when I have it equipped, I cannot hit ANYTHING! I REALLY would like this weapon for my warlock...
2)I just got the ability to bless items, and I use fiend magic. When I bless my armour, it receives a +1 to AC. But when I put it on, my AC does not increase at all? Is this supposed to happen or is something wrong?

There is no way to uncurse these cool items but having a ring (a jewel ring or a silver ring) blessed with +'s to regen (a vine spell requirement for blessing which also includes the spell Artifact of Vines) will counter the loss of hit points that your character will suffer for having the item equipped. About it not hitting...I am clueless as to whether this has something to do with the item or your pole/staff ability level. If you have a high level skill in pole/staff already, your character may just need to become accustomed to carrying a new weapon.

One of my characters used the Staff of Haggery for quite a while and it was quite a good weapon inspite of the curse upon it. As Moni already told you, you cannot uncurse items - just get them removed. Since you said you were having difficulty with this weapon not hitting, I think that might be your skill level in staff at work. (or how far you are from the monsters - out of range?)
