Forget which kind they are but in the dojo there are arrows that you can buy for less than they will buy them back - so instant profits! Will try to find the thread that mentions which kind.

Think they are the talteltatsu arrows which you can buy in the shop for less than they will immediately buy them back from you - easy to make money that way.

There is an easier way, if you're not running the patch.

you can do that in the warriors guild right away. Buy willow +1 arrows and sell them back. You dont make a whole lot on each but since you can buy as many as you have money for it does add up fairly quickly.
