I just go to the toad village and none of the toads will talk to me, not the guy at the very front of the huts, or the shaman. The toad at the nymph lake told me to talk to these 2 toads, and they wont talk to me. The shaman even starts attacking me... whats the deal?

When you talked to Mekdawa at nyph lake he should have told you that you are the "Ukabu". When you get to the toad village and you meet the first toad guard say to him "Ukabu" and he should give you permission to pass then shinwiki will be happy to talk to you.

You will probably have to go back to a save before you got to toad village and do this as when the toads start attacking they usually don't stop. But try it both ways and see what goes....

It's a bug in the game that when you get too close to the cabins, the toads inside already start talking to you. When that happens before you told 'Ukabu' to Ekbu, they start crying murder. Then they all turn hostile.
Best thing to do when that happens is restore to before you entered the toad lake. If you can't do that anymore, the only chance you have is kill all toads apart from the shaman, and cast charm (spirit 2) at him.
Note that you don't need the toads friendly to finish the warrior guild quest, and that you don't need to do the toad quest to complete the main adventure.
