What is 3 stars and how do I get there? Is their more than 4 stars?

I think you need to post 100 times for 3 stars.

There may not be a real limit to the number of stars that you can get and they are "earned" by posting. Members should be able to get 4 stars too. Ziroc gave me the 4 blue stars because I moderate this board. He has 5 flashing stars as well he should after such a great job getting these boards up and running so well!
