I found Tarlicks treasure under the water, went back to him and tried telling him about it, (didn't work) then, I tried giving it to him and he refused to take it~ what's up with him? Is he really nuts or what? :O)

Nope. He's just got "Erzebettitis": An uncommon tendency on the parts of NPCs to completely ignore any information regarding the quest you just performed for them! http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif

Erzebette, Torin, Talrik, Jathil, and Mekdawa all suffer from this. Gorthius probably would have as well, except he mercifully died soon, LOL!

Yeah i tried to give torin his fathers ring and to talk about his father after i did the boogre quest (because the bushi-dojo headman says that the dragon is innocent of the old mans death) so i sniffed a potential reward (or closure) from torin if i put his mind at ease, but there was no dialogue line acknowledginf my discovery from him, so i got frustrated and reunited him with his dead padre.
