i stand now at the gipsy house and yes i been see a staty in the woods are i close to abonded boat house or are i on wrong location

I believe the boathouse is the house the Gypsy is in. It was probably abandoned at one time, but gypsies being the nomadic people they are most likely set the place up as their home.
