I have started an evil party which will consist of

Me- nuetral evil thief
Kaigen
Shar-teel
Edwin
Viconia
Not sure on the 6th member yet

Anyway I'm wondering to get edwin do yu have to do his quest whithin a certain time limit ( Is killing Dynaheir even a quest?). My basic question is do I have to kill dynaheir to keep edwin in my party?

I wish my name was Baggins 12-03-2002 11:21 PM

I think that the answer is yes...or at least you have to go find her...if you don't I seem to remember him bolting like Coran does if you don't go find his Wyverns.

I have to go with Mr. Baggins on this one, if it takes too long he'll start complaining, and if it takes longer he'll leave. That goes for Minsc too, by the way.

Unless you hack around with the game variables, you have to kill dynaheir to keep edwin. Hmm a conjurer with and extra +1 spell per level, or a invoker? Given that edwin has far better stats? Sorry, but wheres the problem?

The problem is in that you don't get Minsc, Edwin is evil and you have to kill a non-evil NPC to get him in your party. Also, red robes tend to draw more attention

Hmmm - I got both Minsc AND Edwin in my party. I took Minsc in my party and saved Dynaheir. Then I invited Edwin in my party - and after those two 'lovers' had a little arguing, they agreed to stay in the party to 'keep an eye' on the other part. Then I left Dynaheir in one of the gaming tents to look after that the croupiers were not using a loaded dice or did cheat in any other fashion (i.e. I removed her from the party after the rest of the party left the gaming tent).

Edwin is not very happy about the company of 5 super heroes (20 in rep), but I keep under my influence with a good help of my 21 points in CHA.

My party is:

Me - Tank (Paladin)
Khalid - Tank
Minsc - Bowman
Branwen - Healer
Imoen - Thief/Conjurer
Edwin - Conjurer

When I find Coran my party will be:

Me - Tank (Paladin)
Minsc - Tank
Coran - Bowman/Thief
Branwen - Healer (Enemy controler)
Imoen - Thief/Conjurer (Bow(wo)man and artillery)
Edwin - Conjurer (artillery)

Who needs Minsc? In every department (cept for comic relief) Kaigan is far better.

That's besides the point. Purely powerplayer-wise, I'm sure the forces of evil have an edge around here somewhere. For those who DO want Minsc and/or Dynaheir, possibly because they want to be playing the good guy instead of the evil one, killing Dynaheir isn't really an option.

*looks up*

Well, except in cases like Insane's
