I Having trouble finding helms and breathers for underwater were can i get them i got one from the ship seller but he only had 1 ?

You have to collect shells from the crab o' the sea. I pickpocketed the shells during the fight. when you have three take them back to the shipbuilder and he will make breathers and helms for you.
