cuz i think that i will not be able to complete enough tasks for the guild...cuz mon the scultz has disapeard, and i killed every body else but ne advice on what to do so i can use my dagger..DAMN IT!!!!!

What about the Ishad N'ha guild? Have you done the Gliebott quest yet? Or the Deliver the Stout Invitation?

Are you running the patch? If not, here's a bit of a cheat:

When you go back to collect for the quest, click off the character receiving the quest and onto another character, then back again, repeating several times before the quest giver stops speaking. You'll receive however many guild level increases that you've clicked. It'll make up for that which you missed.

You also may be able to get it through the Bushi Dojo guild. At least, I think it'll let you train in 2nd weapon there, so I think you can get Doublestrike through them too.
