What's the big deal about this one? Is it good? Can't sell it.

I think it's great, change an enemy into a 3 str creature (it can't move, and it's attacks are reduced to nil) and do damage at teh same time. use it wth the crossbow of speed.

when ever I use it it never works

The attacked creature probably get's a saving throw to negate the bolts effects but trust me when it works, you'll be grinning at the though enemy now becoming so weak.

He he sounds cool but I only have 1 bolt. So the crossbow of speed seems a little expensive right now and it ain't funny if the monster has a super saving throw.
