Is there any use to the green bottles you can pick up in the Naskell mine? (look very much like poison antidotes, but cannot be 'stacked' and contains the liquid that destroys the iron in the mine).

And are there any use to the pieces of iron ore you can pick up the same place?

yeah they can wreck your own weapons, back then i had non magical ones and they kept breakin, bah! but no further use in the game that i know of

I have heard it said, as Grungi has just done, that carrying the Contaminated Iron on your person can cause your (unenchanted) metal weapons to break. But, considering that they were going to break anyway, that factor is of little importance.

But I will tell you that the Contaminated Iron and the Vials of Mysterious Liquid are not required for any quest in the game.

by the time you come out of nashkel you should have all magic weapons anyhows with the cash you get and the additional fights so it doesnt matter anymore, is frustrating if you go straight to nashkel and all your weapons start melting though [img]tongue.gif[/img]
