OK, (first time posting) I was wondering about the enchanting of items in the game. I have a ork Paladin (from Priest) and two Warlocks (from elf and Oompha mage) so I ended up with every sun spell, spirit spell, and a good part of the stone spells. I have the Paladin with a 2 in bless and I'm still waiting for the Warlocks to get some points in enchant to start with them.

I a bit confused about the enchants. It seems that the only 2 things that Spirt does is Regen and +hit? I almost have every single spell for spirit and that's all I get? I know I don't have much in Vine (put a point in it to keep the skill available for my paladin) but what would be the point if it's only going to give me a few.

What blessings/enchants are there according to each spell type? What are the exact rules for them? I seem to get "2 blessings" with a skill of 2 but it doesn't matter if the item's magic or not, I get the same 2 blessings. Last game I fudged a few of the quests so I started really late, I powered through the quests carefully and now I'm wondering if the enchants are worth it. I seem to remember that enchant would power up an item with a spell, but not a special effect (like the witch's staff)

Any hints?

The spirit blessing is cool, it allows u to do extra damage. Also, Artifact of Fire and stone, gives u a free Flamestrike and zap spell to weapons respectively, also gives defence bonuses to armour

Does it matter what level of spirit/sun/stone magic I have when determining the enchant/bless choices? It's a real disapointment to have only 2 blessings with my Pal, I kinda wanted a ton of enchant possibilities with the ability to make my own items like the witch's staff or such.

Also, anybody enchant the Mavin or is that not allowed (since the dragon armor has issues when enchanted, I think it might be a bad idea...)
