The group didn't get this quest until after they completed the Sunken City, and then only a new member of the guild got it (the Rogue had long since moved on).
And now that Sneaky little rat in the Pawn Shop is bugging me! Are you sure we can't off shopkeeps?

The problem is that the group had already killed the Mother Crab!! I also checked all the shop inventories no Talon's Fang!
