How do i get Merlin's Sheild? What magic do i need to study, or??
One more question, killing the dragon in the dragon spire after getting mavin sword, does it effect the game?

You can get Merlin's Shield by studying Stone magic level 5. I don't believe there is any penalty for killing the dragon.
