Hello all. Just finished Shrugeon Castle and was curious where to go next. I think the Prison is the next place to go (I've done the Jathil and Torin quests) but then again, the Stout Mine quest is next in the warrior's guild. Which to do? Will I still get the lamp I need from the prison if I haven't gotten the quest yet?

Also, is there anything else I should get done before hitting either of these places?

Other questions: 1) When to turn my ninja to an assassin?
2) If I turn my priest to a monk, does he learn spirit spells at half his level?
3) How can you tell if your ninja/monk is better off without armor/weapons?

As usual, thanks again all and thanks for keeping me in front of this game for WAY too long. . http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

Hi ccannon!!

The Boogres Caves or the Stout Mines - whichever seems more interesting to you, the order you take them in really isn't too important.

You will only be able to turn your ninja into an assassin after doing the Stout Mines. Part of the quest you get from Scanthril is completed there.
2) Yes, your priest should still be able to learn spirit spells at half level.
3) if your Ninja/monk get hurt more often with, or without armor/weapons - you've got your answer! http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif The only game where I ever trusted my monks to do without weapons etc was the Wizardry series. W&W is much like Wizardry so the same may be true here. I've never personally tried a monk in this game.
