I completely understand the frustration you were feeling and didn't for a moment think you were trying to be a jerk. Players have a right to expect a game to run correctly. Problem is that game companies don't always have the resources to debug all the problems. W&W was a rushed job because their finances for the project were drying up. Fortunately there are many work arounds for most of the problems and folks like Saz and the other more techie minded posters here have helped many players who would have otherwise thrown up their hands in disgust.
