This has been bugging me for a while now and I'm getting curious if anyone has ever had this happen and why. Sometimes, when I load up W&W a message pops up like when you don't have Disc 2 in the drive only it says Error: AudioInit -1 or something very close to that. When that happens, my computer completely freezes, I can't move the mouse, I can't CTRL+ALT+DEL or ALT+TAB out. I have to turn off the computer and then back on. Every time I do that, it works just fine. What is that and why does it happen? Does anybody know?

I can't tell you why it does it. But I can tell you that I sometimes get that error when playing accross my network i.e the game files are on one PC but im playing it on another PC. Only sometimes this error pops up, I put it down to a bad data transfer or the transfer is to slow etc. A reboot sorts the problem out.

Dunno if that would be of any help but its another instance for you.

Hmmm... I'm playing it all on the same computer, not transferring from another... I don't have any networking occuring here... Strange, no?
