I´m stuck in the serpent temple- I cannot find the serpent book to summon the Naga. I read it is somewhere near the entrance of the temple. But I can´t open the doors there. Please don´t tell me I need the heretic key for that- I must have mislaid it somewhere...

To open the Serpent Holds rooms you need the key that the wizard Kreug has (or droppped if you killed him) - not Kol's key.

However, if you know the text contained in the Book of the Servant then you don't really need the statue or book. Here's a link to the contents of the Book.

So I´ve got to kill the Wizard.... right, but where can I find him? he wasn´t I his chamber...

Kreug was the wizard you met at the top of the first stairs (past the wooden ramps). If you spoke with him (vs killing him) he asked for an initiation fee and gave you the task of cleaning out the Filth from the Serpent Holds. If you killed him he dropped the Serpent's Holds key and a few other items (often a powder, coin and staff).
