Are the Voodoo Dolls worth keeping in my inventory? I know you can you use them to put hexes on monsters, but I was just wondering if someone down the line would want to buy these (like the skulls and shells) or if they're used to complete a character class quest...

They have no special significance in the game. Feel free to sell them or use them during battle.

VooDoo dolls can be used to cast a curse on your enemies - it's not a really great deal - I always chose to sell the dolls.
