I´m wandering if plate armor have drawbacks in comparison to other armors.

Or in general will my characters became slower/less agile wiss heavy armors.

I´m thinking about having my samurai still wear the dragon armor (ac 5.5 fire 80%) or should i give him a samurai armor +1 (AC4,xx) (can´t remenber the name something with "Do" ?)

I always go for the best armor a character can wear - personal choice.

Really depends on how much your character can carry without being burdened. Carrying too much weight will slow them down. If you can keep the good armor and not have them burdened, which you should be able to do with a Samurai (depending on race) go for it!

The only thing armor affects negatively is your parrying skill (which I never had much use for, since the armor improves AC, you really don't need Parry). I'd say go for the armor.
