LOL! Couldnīt help myself when thinking of a topic. :D Anyways as Wyv pointed out in the stout mine thread, there is no listing over the bugs in W&W. How about we add that category? So please list all known bugs in the game and the solutions (if known). Iīm of course talking about harmful bugs. ;) We of course have the vampire ring. What else? Refresh my memory. :D

Well that one neclace, that crashes game down just like Vampire Ring.
I wrote about it not for long over a month ago...

I try to find that neclace's name...

It was that Leprachauns neclace that was guild mission to thieves guild.
It supposed to return to the guild, but I managed to keep it, like Assassins Dagger, switching it to another person when taking feedback from guildmaster...

Don't wear that thing, it crashes the game when you leave from Brimlock and it's cursed and cost 10000 Gold to uncurce it!

The Erathsmedor/shroud bug.
Torin/enchanted Dragon arrow.
and...As Olli, mentioned...The stone of clover.

(Gnats...rather than bugs.)

Of course, there's the elevator door bug in the stout mines that started all this...

I ran into a problem in Shurugeon Castle where the game crashed when I tried to leave. Upgrading to the patch cured it, but I don't remember the real reason (guess I ought to check the tech thread for an answer [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).

The stuck toad in the toad village passageway?

Hmmm... seems my mind may be drifting more toward game issues rather than technical issues.

Well the Shurugeon ruins crash will perhaps be better in another category. ;) But the others definitely could have a place in the bug category. Good work you two. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] Give me more. :D

How about the remedy for the general darkness in the game?

We definitely should add that to the tech thread. Packrat, I think it's in your post -- on general game stuff. We mention the towns being dark, but not the overall game being dark.

For reference, for any who haven't figured it out yet, the answer is to adjust your gamma setting. When I play, the initial screen of Kerah is almost completely pale white.

Well the gamma settings can of course be added in the graphics post. So to summarize these are the changes:
Graphics
- Adjusting gamma
Game Crashes
- Skull Castle
Bugs
- Kitchen elevator in serpent temple (only oush button once). Could be in there right?
- Stout mine entry (two writs)
- Vampire ring
- Erathsmedor bug (whatīs the solution if typing the sacred word doesnīt work? You must talk to Dīsoto about it first right? IIRC thatīs the trigger.)
- Torin & Talrik (full inventory/enchanted arrow)
- Stone of clover (is this fixed in the patch?)
- Stuck toad in Toad village
Pregame Issues
- CD ROM disk failure

Thatīs it so far right? Iīll try and get some work done after the holidays. Keepīem coming. [img]smile.gif[/img]
