I am having trouble with waving the wand at the brazier. I can use the incense and spider nectar with no trouble but I can't seem to wave the serpent wand successfully and open the Snake Head Room. Can anybody please provide some further instruction in this regard.

That seems odd. I have never experienced problems in this respect. The wand does not have to be equipped so you should be able to use it directly from your inventory just by "using" the serpent wand on the brazier. Perhaps it has to be the person who administers the incense and the nectar who also waves the wand, but I do not think so.

No offence intended, and I hope you will forgive me for asking, but it IS the serpent wand taken from Kreug's study above the library which you are using?

If none of the tips above apply you may have discovered a heretofore unknown bug. :(

To echo what bsftcs said, you are using the wand, correct? That means picking it from the "Use" icon, and not equipping it and trying to attack the mist. Attacking the mist just won't work...

If that's not the problem, give us more details and we'll get you going!
