i have summoned the spirit of xdusya and realised that i did not get the servants book, with all the answers in it. so i ran off down the halls and found it and came back and the spirit is gone!!! as far as i can tell, i can't resummon her.

She also disappears if you answer her questions incorrectly, and in that case you CAN resummon her. If you cannot resummon her you might have discovered a new bug. :(

What is wrong exactly? You should be able resummon it but you will need:

- new incense cones
- a new bottle of Spider Nectar

There are 4 empty flasks in the dungeon so that you can create 4 Spider Nectars. As far as the incense cones are considered, the Golden Serpent works permanently.
Therefore, start from scratch ... :D

The answers to the questions: The absolute minimum you need to enter (without overprints) is "servant WhatHeDoes", for example "servant dreams".

The correct answers:

serpent schemes - servant dreams
serpent charms - servant bows
serpent sleeps - servant waits
serpent strikes - servant prays

Yep... you should be able to just try again, once you've gotten all the ingredients. Just repeat the process.

If that doesn't work, you may have to fall back on Mama Hissy's advice, and reload your last "save before" game.

And be sure to keep any extra spider nectar potions. They double as potions of cure poison... :D

thanks for the speedy reply(s). I only tried to resummon her with just cwaving my little wand but i thought i might have to go back through the dungeon and get the incsence and spider nectar... again. Its all right though because i have been collecting coins (ever since my lasst mishap, and used a summon creature spell to gain a few eggs :D


now back through the maze!!
