Why not e-mail the webmaster and see if he is willing to host your trainer in his "Downloads" section?

I know how you feel, when it comes to pain. I am no stranger to that, and in my job...the infantry, you know pain well. I have a surgery on Halloween for my hernia that I got somehow. But my back and knees are shot as well. Take care.
