This is a technical question I'm not sure can be answered here but Im gonna try anyway. I have a Dell Dimension I recently just upgraded to Windows 2000, from '98. Of course there were driver problems but I have updated all of them. I have an Aureal Vortex 8830 sound card but I can get NO sound at all after installing Darkstone. Ive re-installed it several times, but still no sound, no music, no talking, nothing. At first I thought my S. card wasnt compatible with Win. 2000 but my other games work fine. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks mouse it ended up being a driver problem and that faq helped me realize it. I will thank him. Its amazing how compicated these hardware peeps can make it to get the correct driver. Thanks again.
