Well i got never winter nights and loving every moment of it but are there romances in this game like in bg2?

There aren't any in the single player game AFAIK. In Multi I guess you can romance anyone who might be interested - just like in any normal PnP RPG. ;)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.
