I've gone through the whole tomb and killed everything and taken evrything... but there is a room with 5 pedestals... the fifth is connected to the other four... the four surrounding ones contains a wardstone each with some kinf of riddle... should I put some certain items there and which items..I don't seem to find any appropriate ones

You should have found four named gem stones. They are of Honor, Duty, Pain and Misery. Each pedestal has a tablet with a riddle. Put the appropriate gem stone in the pedestal. When you've done all four, you can take the star sapphire from the central pedestal.

what riddle its just asking for stones of a certain color. no riddle just be able to tell the difference between orange blue green and white.

why the hell they gave the gems names like that was beyond me

Thief, this must have worked differently for you than for me. For me, there was a purple tablet in one of the pedestals, but I had no purple stones. The only way for me to figure it out, other than guessing, was to look at the tablet, then read and solve the riddle.

watch out , if you put wrong gem you'll lose 10hp.
