When you complete their quests they give you something to help you so who gives something to increase Charisma is my question.

Also Boddyknock boosts your Charisma, plus gives you Regeneration +1 if you do his first quest in Chapter 1 ;)

Nice, is it only usable by bards? How do you get this particular quest? By just talking to her?
