You could still get Shar-Teel in an all-girl party, provided you're willing to cast Remove Curse afterwards.....

If he/she wants her they know what to do, use that girdle. High price yes, but if you want Shar-Teel you have to do that, or get a male fighter in your party and drop him as soon as you get her.
