When trying to enter the ritual for the cure I'm getting an error about my character being invalid and I'm forced to choose one of the premade starting characters or generate a new one.

The solution to this problem is to set

Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0

This entry can be found in nwnplayer.ini file is set to 1 by default.

You can find out why your character is invalid by looking at the logs in the logs directory.

Yeah, but what ticks me off is when you take a valid character to a module (Steading of the Hill Giants) and it won't let you in because the creator messed up somehow. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
